WHAT'S THE MEAL?

At BUNK, we do food the way we’d like to have it ourselves. Our menu is full of recognisable dishes from all over the world. Surprising variations, served in a bowl. We choose to work with local, affordable ingredients including sustainable meats and seafood, and we do what we can to prevent food waste. Most menu items can be ordered all-veggie, too. That’s how we do good when doing food.

BREAKFAST, LESS FAST

A local activist once said, “The Revolution starts with a good breakfast.” To start you off right, we serve healthy bites, hangover cures and everything in between. And we don’t want you to feel rushed. So take your time to sleep in, get up and head down to place your order whenever you’re ready to kick-start your day. (And don’t worry if breakfast is already cleared away, because our lunch menu has a bunch of tasty brunch options on it, too.)

BOOZE & BREWS

While we put our soul into our food, we pour our spirit into our drinks. Literally. Because at BUNK we distill our own vodka, jenever, gin. We recommend sampling them in the mix. How about one of Dr. Doom’s infamous cocktails?

At BUNK we brew our own draught beer, too. And if we could produce our own coffee, we would. For now, we grab it from around the corner at Stadsbranderij Noord. If you are in the mood for something more exotic, we have a list of craft beers, organic wines and juicy alternatives that just goes on and on and on.
